I would be lying if I said I wasn’t misty eyed this entire session. Watching life come into the world is, simply put, awe inspiring. But with the beauty, grace and strength this woman embodied I felt honored to witness, let alone capture the event. Genevieve was accompanied by her mother, partner, MIL and midwife to help her usher her son into the world. Ultimately after 8+ hours laboring at home, the decision was made to transition to the hospital where the healthy boy was safely delivered. Welcome, Kyler… lucky boy, you’ve got one strong mama.
